The set works around one scooping cup and three toy cups that the water pours through — two fitted with spinner wheels and one straining cup. The toy cups fix to the wall or tub using suction cups, so you can line them up exactly how you like. Arrange them in a vertical row, pour from the top, and the water tumbles through each cup in a chain reaction for a proper little waterfall.
