Fast Nationwide Delivery for R99

Delivery, sorted.

We’re committed to getting your order to you quickly, and hassle-free. While we do carry a lot of stock in our store, we do sometimes have to order in from suppliers.

Processing Time

If this item is in stock, it’s processed within 2 hours, often much quicker.

If this item needs to come in from our supplier, it usually takes 1-2 days for us to receive it. As soon as it arrives, we’ll pack your order and prep it for delivery.

Delivery Time

Once your order is packed, it’s immediately booked with one of our courier partners. From there, delivery usually takes a couple days:

Gauteng
1-2 days
Cape Town, Durban, Main Centres
2-3 days
Regional & Outlying
2-5 days

Need it sooner?

If your item is in stock, you’ll also have the option for Urgent Delivery for R149. This books your order on our courier partner’s priority shipping option, which is usually a same or next day service.

Other Ways To Get Your Order

We’re flexible, and want to make sure you get your order in a way that works for you.

  • Click & Collect
  • Locker Delivery with PUDO or Bob Box
  • Pargo and PostNet available on request.

More About Timelines

Timelines are estimates, based on our averages and couriers’ commitments. We always aim to get your order to you quicker than this — but they’re not a guarantee. Wherever your order is in the journey, we’ll keep you updated every step of the way.

Returns Made Easy

Unfortunately, we can’t accept returns on this product once it’s been opened. This is usually because:

  • It’s a hygiene or sanitary product
  • It’s single-use
  • It’s a final sale or clearance item

If there’s a defect or fault, though, it’s always covered as a warranty claim.

If the item is still unopened, you can return it within 30 days of receiving it. Just request a return from your account or through our chat, and we’ll handle the rest.

Returns are always free within 7 days. After that, if you’re returning it because you’ve changed your mind, you may need to cover the return cost. You can send it back yourself, or we can arrange a courier and give you an upfront quote — direct from the courier. If your return is for any other reason, it’s free.

Warranty Period: 6 Months Limited Warranty

This product’s warranty is provided by the manufacturer/distributor. As an authorised retailer, any purchase from us qualifies for the full manufacturer’s warranty — no exceptions.

For most claims, all you’ll need is proof of purchase.

Goes great with ...
  • Bite-proof soft spout: The ultra-durable spout is designed to withstand chewing while staying gentle on tender gums.
  • Click Lock™ lid: The lid locks with a click you can see, hear and feel, so you know the seal is closed before it goes in the bag.
  • Leak-proof guarantee: Munchkin backs the closed seal with a 100% leak-proof guarantee and a 100% replacement promise.
  • Toddler-friendly handles: The handles are shaped to be easy for small hands to hold as your little one learns to drink on their own.
  • Easy to clean: A one-piece valve lifts out in a single part, keeping cleaning quick and fuss-free.
  • Safe, simple care: It's BPA-free and top-rack dishwasher safe, so it fits easily into your usual washing-up routine.
  • Handy capacity: Holds up to 266 ml, enough for water or a drink throughout the day.
  • From 9 months: Suited to toddlers moving on from a bottle and practising with a spout cup.

The Munchkin Click Lock Bite Proof Sippy Cup is a spout-style training cup made for toddlers who are moving on from a bottle and starting to drink more independently. Suitable from 9 months, it pairs a soft, bite-proof spout with a locking lid, so you get a cup that's gentle on tender gums while still standing up to determined chewing and daily nappy-bag use.

What sets this cup apart is its Click Lock™ lid. Rather than guessing whether the lid is properly closed, you can see, hear and feel it click into place — a simple bit of triple assurance before it goes into a bag. Munchkin backs the closed seal with a 100% leak-proof guarantee, including a 100% replacement promise, so you can drop it in with the rest of your kit with more confidence.

A spout that's tough but gentle

A spout takes a lot of bite pressure as toddlers explore with their new teeth. This one is designed to be ultra-durable and bite-proof while staying soft, so it holds up to chewing without being hard on soft gums. The handles are shaped to be easy for small hands to grip, which helps as your little one learns to lift and tip the cup on their own.

Made for everyday cleaning

Cups with lots of small parts can trap moisture and residue, so this one keeps things simple with a one-piece valve that's easy to pull out and rinse. It's BPA-free and top-rack dishwasher safe, which makes it easy to slot into your usual washing-up routine.

How it Works

  • Click Lock™ closure: The lid locks shut with an audible click you can also see and feel, giving you a clear signal that the seal is closed before the cup goes into a bag.
  • Soft bite-proof spout: The spout is designed to resist chewing damage while staying soft against the gums, so it can handle a toddler's exploring without feeling hard in the mouth.
  • One-piece valve: A single-piece valve controls flow and lifts out in one part, keeping cleaning quick and reducing the number of nooks that can hold residue.

Best For

The Munchkin Click Lock Bite Proof Sippy Cup is a great option for parents who:

  • Have a toddler around 9 months and up who is practising drinking from a spout
  • Want a spout that can stand up to biting while staying soft on the gums
  • Prefer a closed, sealable cup for the nappy bag and on-the-go days
  • Like a cup with a simple, one-piece valve to keep cleaning manageable

It may not be the best fit if you're looking for a straw cup, a 360° rim cup, or an open cup for drinking practice at the table.
