They sit inside the pump's breast shield to reduce the tunnel size, so if the standard flange feels a little roomy, an insert can bring the fit closer to your own nipple dimensions. Made from soft, BPA-free, food-grade silicone, they cushion the seal against your skin, which helps keep expressing comfortable.

Fit is one of the biggest comfort factors when you're pumping, and it isn't something you can reliably guess from bra size. These inserts come in a choice of breast shield sizes so you can dial in a more personalised fit — a snugger, better-aligned seal that tends to feel gentler and helps the pump hold its vacuum.
