Fast Nationwide Delivery for R99

Delivery, sorted.

We’re committed to getting your order to you quickly, and hassle-free. While we do carry a lot of stock in our store, we do sometimes have to order in from suppliers.

Processing Time

If this item is in stock, it’s processed within 2 hours, often much quicker.

If this item needs to come in from our supplier, it usually takes 1-2 days for us to receive it. As soon as it arrives, we’ll pack your order and prep it for delivery.

Delivery Time

Once your order is packed, it’s immediately booked with one of our courier partners. From there, delivery usually takes a couple days:

Need it sooner?

We’re flexible, and want to make sure you get your order in a way that works for you.

  • Click & Collect
  • Locker Delivery with PUDO or Bob Box
  • Pargo and PostNet available on request.

More About Timelines

Timelines are estimates, based on our averages and couriers’ commitments. We always aim to get your order to you quicker than this — but they’re not a guarantee. Wherever your order is in the journey, we’ll keep you updated every step of the way.

Returns Made Easy

Unfortunately, we can’t accept returns on this product once it’s been opened. This is usually because:

  • It’s a hygiene or sanitary product
  • It’s single-use
  • It’s a final sale or clearance item

If there’s a defect or fault, though, it’s always covered as a warranty claim.

If the item is still unopened, you can return it within 30 days of receiving it. Just request a return from your account or through our chat, and we’ll handle the rest.

Returns are always free within 7 days. After that, if you’re returning it because you’ve changed your mind, you may need to cover the return cost. You can send it back yourself, or we can arrange a courier and give you an upfront quote — direct from the courier. If your return is for any other reason, it’s free.

Warranty

Warranty Period: 6 Months Limited Warranty

This product’s warranty is provided by the manufacturer/distributor. As an authorised retailer, any purchase from us qualifies for the full manufacturer’s warranty — no exceptions.

Warranty claims are handled directly by the manufacturer or distributor, so we’ll refer you to the right team to get your claim underway. That said, we don’t just hand you off and disappear — we stay involved and follow up from our side to help make sure your claim is resolved promptly.

For most claims, all you’ll need is proof of purchase.

The Mommy Material Freely Collection Cup 28mm is a spare collection cup for the Mommy Material Freely Electric Wearable Breast Pump. If you're after a backup cup to keep your pumping routine going while another is in the wash, or you're replacing one that's showing signs of wear, this is the milk-contact part that catches and holds your expressed milk during a session.

The 28mm cup is designed for efficient milk collection and a comfortable fit while you pump. It's made from durable, BPA-free, food-grade plastic, with a transparent body so you can check your milk volume at a glance and a wide opening that makes pouring and cleaning easier.

Why keep a spare on hand

Collection cups are milk-contact parts, so they need regular cleaning between sessions and replacing over time. Having an extra 28mm cup means you can carry on pumping without waiting for parts to dry, and swap in a fresh one the moment the original starts to wear.

How to Use

This cup is compatible with the Freely Electric Wearable Breast Pump. Fit it in place of your existing cup following your pump's assembly instructions, and clean it according to the pump's care guidance. To maintain hygiene and performance, replace the collection cup every 3–6 months, or sooner if you notice any signs of wear.

Best For

The Mommy Material Freely Collection Cup 28mm is a great option for parents who:

  • Already use the Freely Electric Wearable Breast Pump and need a matching 28mm cup
  • Want a spare on hand to keep pumping while another cup is being cleaned
  • Are replacing a cup that's reached the end of its recommended lifespan

It may not be the right fit if you use a different pump system, as this cup is designed specifically for the Freely.
