Fast Nationwide Delivery for R99

Delivery, sorted.

We’re committed to getting your order to you quickly, and hassle-free. While we do carry a lot of stock in our store, we do sometimes have to order in from suppliers.

Processing Time

If this item is in stock, it’s processed within 2 hours, often much quicker.

If this item needs to come in from our supplier, it usually takes 1-2 days for us to receive it. As soon as it arrives, we’ll pack your order and prep it for delivery.

Delivery Time

Once your order is packed, it’s immediately booked with one of our courier partners. From there, delivery usually takes a couple days:

1-2 days
Cape Town, Durban, Main Centres
2-3 days
Regional & Outlying

Need it sooner?

If your item is in stock, you’ll also have the option for Urgent Delivery for R149. This books your order on our courier partner’s priority shipping option, which is usually a same or next day service.

Other Ways To Get Your Order

We’re flexible, and want to make sure you get your order in a way that works for you.

  • Click & Collect
  • Locker Delivery with PUDO or Bob Box
  • Pargo and PostNet available on request.

More About Timelines

Timelines are estimates, based on our averages and couriers’ commitments. We always aim to get your order to you quicker than this — but they’re not a guarantee. Wherever your order is in the journey, we’ll keep you updated every step of the way.

Returns Made Easy

Unfortunately, we can’t accept returns on this product once it’s been opened. This is usually because:

  • It’s a hygiene or sanitary product
  • It’s single-use
  • It’s a final sale or clearance item

If there’s a defect or fault, though, it’s always covered as a warranty claim.

If the item is still unopened, you can return it within 30 days of receiving it. Just request a return from your account or through our chat, and we’ll handle the rest.

Returns are always free within 7 days. After that, if you’re returning it because you’ve changed your mind, you may need to cover the return cost. You can send it back yourself, or we can arrange a courier and give you an upfront quote — direct from the courier. If your return is for any other reason, it’s free.

Warranty

Warranty Period: 6 Months Limited Warranty

This product’s warranty is provided by the manufacturer/distributor. As an authorised retailer, any purchase from us qualifies for the full manufacturer’s warranty — no exceptions.

Warranty claims are handled directly by the manufacturer or distributor, so we’ll refer you to the right team to get your claim underway. That said, we don’t just hand you off and disappear — we stay involved and follow up from our side to help make sure your claim is resolved promptly.

For most claims, all you’ll need is proof of purchase.

Goes great with ...
  • Made for the Momcozy M6: These replacement diaphragms are designed specifically for the Momcozy M6 wearable breast pump for the correct fit and seal.
  • Part of the suction system: The diaphragm helps regulate the airflow and vacuum pressure your pump uses to express milk.
  • Soft, flexible silicone: The pliable silicone is designed to flex reliably through repeated pumping, cleaning and sterilising.
  • Handy two-pack: You get two diaphragms, so there's always a fresh spare ready when one wears out.
  • Simple routine care: Easy to replace, slotting straight into your usual pump cleaning and maintenance routine.
  • Replace roughly every three months: Momcozy recommends swapping the diaphragm approximately every three months under regular-use conditions.

The Momcozy M6 Silicone Diaphragm (2 Pack) is a set of replacement silicone diaphragms made specifically for the Momcozy M6 wearable breast pump. The diaphragm is one of the soft, milk-path-adjacent parts that helps your pump build and hold its vacuum, so keeping a fresh one in rotation is a simple way to look after your everyday pumping performance.

Like all soft pump components, diaphragms naturally wear over time with repeated pumping, cleaning and sterilising. Swapping them out as part of your routine care helps support consistent suction and comfortable expressing sessions, and having a two-pack on hand means you're not caught short when a part needs replacing.

How it works

  • Part of the suction system: During pumping, the diaphragm helps regulate the airflow and vacuum pressure your pump needs to express milk.
  • Soft, flexible silicone: The pliable silicone construction is designed to flex reliably through repeated use, which is what allows it to keep sealing well.
  • Model-specific fit: These diaphragms are made for the Momcozy M6, so you get the correct fit and seal that generic parts can't guarantee.

When to replace

Momcozy recommends replacing the silicone diaphragm approximately every three months under regular-use conditions. If you notice weaker suction or a diaphragm that looks worn, warped or no longer sits snugly, it may be time to fit a fresh one. Replacement is quick and slots easily into your usual cleaning and maintenance routine.

Best for

The Momcozy M6 Silicone Diaphragm (2 Pack) is a great option if you:

  • Own a Momcozy M6 wearable breast pump and want to keep it maintained
  • Have noticed a drop in suction and want to rule out a worn soft part before anything else
  • Prefer to keep a spare set on hand so routine replacements are hassle-free

Please note: These diaphragms are designed for the Momcozy M6 wearable breast pump. Check your pump model before ordering to make sure they're the right fit.
