Fast Nationwide Delivery for R99

Delivery, sorted.

We’re committed to getting your order to you quickly, and hassle-free. While we do carry a lot of stock in our store, we do sometimes have to order in from suppliers.

Processing Time

If this item is in stock, it’s processed within 2 hours, often much quicker.

If this item needs to come in from our supplier, it usually takes 1-2 days for us to receive it. As soon as it arrives, we’ll pack your order and prep it for delivery.

Delivery Time

Once your order is packed, it’s immediately booked with one of our courier partners. From there, delivery usually takes a couple days:

Gauteng
1-2 days
Cape Town, Durban, Main Centres
2-3 days
Regional & Outlying
2-5 days

Need it sooner?

If your item is in stock, you’ll also have the option for Urgent Delivery for R149. This books your order on our courier partner’s priority shipping option, which is usually a same or next day service.

Other Ways To Get Your Order

We’re flexible, and want to make sure you get your order in a way that works for you.

  • Click & Collect
  • Locker Delivery with PUDO or Bob Box
  • Pargo and PostNet available on request.

More About Timelines

Timelines are estimates, based on our averages and couriers’ commitments. We always aim to get your order to you quicker than this — but they’re not a guarantee. Wherever your order is in the journey, we’ll keep you updated every step of the way.

Returns Made Easy

Unfortunately, we can’t accept returns on this product once it’s been opened. This is usually because:

  • It’s a hygiene or sanitary product
  • It’s single-use
  • It’s a final sale or clearance item

If there’s a defect or fault, though, it’s always covered as a warranty claim.

If the item is still unopened, you can return it within 30 days of receiving it. Just request a return from your account or through our chat, and we’ll handle the rest.

Returns are always free within 7 days. After that, if you’re returning it because you’ve changed your mind, you may need to cover the return cost. You can send it back yourself, or we can arrange a courier and give you an upfront quote — direct from the courier. If your return is for any other reason, it’s free.

Warranty

Warranty Period: 6 Months Limited Warranty

This product’s warranty is provided by the manufacturer/distributor. As an authorised retailer, any purchase from us qualifies for the full manufacturer’s warranty — no exceptions.

Warranty claims are handled directly by the manufacturer or distributor, so we’ll refer you to the right team to get your claim underway. That said, we don’t just hand you off and disappear — we stay involved and follow up from our side to help make sure your claim is resolved promptly.

For most claims, all you’ll need is proof of purchase.

The Momcozy M5 Milk Collection Container Set is a replacement and add-on milk collection container made to fit the Momcozy M5 wearable pump. It's designed to catch the milk that naturally leaks or lets down during breastfeeding or pumping, giving you a soft, reusable way to hold onto every drop rather than losing it to a nursing pad.

Made from food-grade, BPA-free silicone, the container is intended to sit against the breast where its soft material conforms to your shape for a comfortable, secure fit that helps keep milk contained. It's a practical spare to have on hand if your original container is worn or misplaced, or if you simply want a second set to rotate through cleaning and everyday use.

Comfortable, food-safe silicone

Because the container is soft silicone rather than rigid plastic, it's designed to mould gently to the breast for a snug fit while you feed or express. The food-grade, BPA-free material means it's suitable for contact with expressed breast milk, keeping the milk path simple and free of unnecessary hard edges.

Easy to clean and reuse

The set comes apart quickly for cleaning, so you can rinse and wash it without fiddling with awkward parts. As a reusable component, it's also a cost-effective, lower-waste alternative to relying on disposable pads for catching leaked milk.

Best For

The Momcozy M5 Milk Collection Container Set is a great option for parents who:

  • Use the Momcozy M5 and want to collect milk that leaks or lets down during feeding or pumping
  • Need a replacement container for a worn or missing part
  • Prefer a reusable, washable option over disposable pads
  • Want a spare set to keep the rotation going while one is being cleaned
