Fast Nationwide Delivery for R99

Delivery, sorted.

We’re committed to getting your order to you quickly, and hassle-free. While we do carry a lot of stock in our store, we do sometimes have to order in from suppliers.

Processing Time

If this item is in stock, it’s processed within 2 hours, often much quicker.

If this item needs to come in from our supplier, it usually takes 1-2 days for us to receive it. As soon as it arrives, we’ll pack your order and prep it for delivery.

Delivery Time

Once your order is packed, it’s immediately booked with one of our courier partners. From there, delivery usually takes a couple days:

1-2 days
Cape Town, Durban, Main Centres
2-3 days
Regional & Outlying

Need it sooner?

If your item is in stock, you’ll also have the option for Urgent Delivery for R149. This books your order on our courier partner’s priority shipping option, which is usually a same or next day service.

Other Ways To Get Your Order

We’re flexible, and want to make sure you get your order in a way that works for you.

  • Click & Collect
  • Locker Delivery with PUDO or Bob Box

More About Timelines

Timelines are estimates, based on our averages and couriers’ commitments. We always aim to get your order to you quicker than this — but they’re not a guarantee. Wherever your order is in the journey, we’ll keep you updated every step of the way.

Returns Made Easy

Unfortunately, we can’t accept returns on this product once it’s been opened. This is usually because:

  • It’s a hygiene or sanitary product
  • It’s single-use
  • It’s a final sale or clearance item

If there’s a defect or fault, though, it’s always covered as a warranty claim.

If the item is still unopened, you can return it within 30 days of receiving it. Just request a return from your account or through our chat, and we’ll handle the rest.

Returns are always free within 7 days. After that, if you’re returning it because you’ve changed your mind, you may need to cover the return cost. You can send it back yourself, or we can arrange a courier and give you an upfront quote — direct from the courier. If your return is for any other reason, it’s free.

Warranty

Warranty Period: 6 Months Limited Warranty

This product’s warranty is provided by the manufacturer/distributor. As an authorised retailer, any purchase from us qualifies for the full manufacturer’s warranty — no exceptions.

Warranty claims are handled directly by the manufacturer or distributor, so we’ll refer you to the right team to get your claim underway. That said, we don’t just hand you off and disappear — we stay involved and follow up from our side to help make sure your claim is resolved promptly.

For most claims, all you’ll need is proof of purchase.

Goes great with ...
  • Large capacity: The extra-large size takes a whole pack of wet wipes and is designed to fit 90% of wipes on the market — no unpacking, water or sponges needed.
  • Four temperature settings: Choose between 104°F, 113°F, 122°F and 131°F (about 40–55°C) to keep baby comfortable through each wipe.
  • Moisture locked in: A top heating design plus a high-quality silicone seal helps keep wipes warm and moist, designed to stop them drying out or turning brown.
  • Built-in night light: Three brightness levels light up the changing table for late-night changes without shining bright light into baby's eyes.
  • Innovative spring design: A built-in spring helps heat quickly and hold temperature even when the pack runs low, and it's removable when you don't need it.
  • Easy to use: Just drop in a full pack and switch on — a simple addition to your nappy-changing setup.

The Momcozy Baby Wipe Warmer is a large-capacity wipe warmer that keeps a full pack of baby wipes warm and ready for nappy changes, so a cold wipe doesn't startle your little one mid-change. It's designed to hold a whole pack of wet wipes without unpacking them, and it works without water or sponges — you simply drop the pack in and switch it on.

Warm wipes can make changes gentler and calmer, especially during those bleary late-night nappy changes. This warmer pairs a top-heating design with adjustable temperature and a built-in night light, so it earns a spot on the changing station rather than just taking up room.

Warmth that stays where it counts

A top heating design keeps the wipes warmest at the top of the box — the ones you'll reach for first — while a high-quality silicone seal helps lock in moisture and heat. That combination is designed to stop wipes from drying out or turning brown over time, which is a common frustration with wipe warmers.

An innovative spring design for smaller packs

The warmer uses a built-in spring design that helps it heat quickly and hold an appropriate temperature even when only a few wipes are left in the pack. The spring is removable, so you can choose whether to use it depending on how full your pack is.

Adjustable to suit your routine

Four temperature settings — 104°F, 113°F, 122°F and 131°F (roughly 40°C, 45°C, 50°C and 55°C) — let you pick the warmth that suits the moment, keeping baby comfortable through the wipe. A built-in night light adds a further practical touch, with three brightness levels so you can light up the changing table during night changes without shining bright indoor light into a sleepy baby's eyes.

How to Use

  1. Place a whole pack of wet wipes into the warmer — no need to unpack them, and no water or sponges required.
  2. Fit or remove the built-in spring depending on how full your pack is.
  3. Switch on and select one of the four temperature settings to suit your needs.
  4. Adjust the night light brightness across its three levels for comfortable late-night changes.

Best For

The Momcozy Baby Wipe Warmer is a great option for parents who:

  • Want warm wipes ready for calmer nappy changes, day or night
  • Do frequent night changes and would value a soft, adjustable night light
  • Prefer a warmer that takes a whole pack with no water or sponges to fuss over
  • Have found wipes drying out in other warmers and want a sealed, moisture-locking design

Disclaimer

Always keep the warmer and its cord out of your baby's reach, and follow the manufacturer's instructions for safe use. Keep hands-on supervision during every change — a warmer sits alongside your changing setup but is not a substitute for supervision.
