Fast Nationwide Delivery for R99

Delivery, sorted.

We’re committed to getting your order to you quickly, and hassle-free. While we do carry a lot of stock in our store, we do sometimes have to order in from suppliers.

Processing Time

If this item is in stock, it’s processed within 2 hours, often much quicker.

If this item needs to come in from our supplier, it usually takes 1-2 weeks for us to receive it. As soon as it arrives, we’ll pack your order and prep it for delivery.

Delivery Time

Once your order is packed, it’s immediately booked with one of our courier partners. From there, delivery usually takes a couple days:

Gauteng
1-2 days
Cape Town, Durban, Main Centres
2-3 days
Regional & Outlying
2-5 days

Need it sooner?

If your item is in stock, you’ll also have the option for Urgent Delivery for R149. This books your order on our courier partner’s priority shipping option, which is usually a same or next day service.

Other Ways To Get Your Order

We’re flexible, and want to make sure you get your order in a way that works for you.

  • Click & Collect
  • Locker Delivery with PUDO or Bob Box
  • Pargo and PostNet available on request.

More About Timelines

Timelines are estimates, based on our averages and couriers’ commitments. We always aim to get your order to you quicker than this — but they’re not a guarantee. Wherever your order is in the journey, we’ll keep you updated every step of the way.

Returns Made Easy

Unfortunately, we can’t accept returns on this product once it’s been opened. This is usually because:

  • It’s a hygiene or sanitary product
  • It’s single-use
  • It’s a final sale or clearance item

If there’s a defect or fault, though, it’s always covered as a warranty claim.

If the item is still unopened, you can return it within 30 days of receiving it. Just request a return from your account or through our chat, and we’ll handle the rest.

Returns are always free within 7 days. After that, if you’re returning it because you’ve changed your mind, you may need to cover the return cost. You can send it back yourself, or we can arrange a courier and give you an upfront quote — direct from the courier. If your return is for any other reason, it’s free.

Warranty

Warranty Period: 6 Months Limited Warranty

This product’s warranty is provided by the manufacturer/distributor. As an authorised retailer, any purchase from us qualifies for the full manufacturer’s warranty — no exceptions.

Warranty claims are handled directly by the manufacturer or distributor, so we’ll refer you to the right team to get your claim underway. That said, we don’t just hand you off and disappear — we stay involved and follow up from our side to help make sure your claim is resolved promptly.

For most claims, all you’ll need is proof of purchase.

Goes great with ...
  • Genuine Medela spare: A 2-pack of PersonalFit Flex connectors, so you always have a replacement or second set on hand.
  • Overflow protection: Designed to prevent milk overflow into the tubing and motor, helping keep the milk path contained.
  • Comfortable positioning: Lets you pump in a more reclined position, which helps your milk to flow.
  • Easy to clean: Built with as few parts as possible to wash and sanitise, keeping cleaning quick and simple.
  • BPA-free materials: All plastic components are made without the chemical BPA and comply with international safety regulations.
  • Wide Medela compatibility: Fits the classic pumping set and Swing Solo, Swing Maxi, Freestyle Flex, Swing Flex and Swing Maxi Flex pumps.
  • Handy pair: Comes as two connectors, so you can service both sides or keep a spare ready.

The Medela PersonalFit Flex Connector 2 Pack is a spare set of connectors for your PersonalFit Flex breast shields, giving you a fresh pair on hand for your Medela pump. Whether you're replacing a worn or misplaced connector or simply want a second set to speed up your washing rotation, these are the genuine components that link your breast shield to your bottle and tubing.

Part of Medela's Flex technology, the PersonalFit Flex connector is designed to let you pump in a more reclined, comfortable position, which helps your milk to flow. It's built with overflow protection to keep milk from moving into the tubing and motor, and with as few parts as possible to wash and sanitise, so cleaning stays quick and simple.

How it works

  • Overflow protection: A barrier within the connector is designed to prevent milk overflow into the tubing and motor, helping to keep the milk path contained.
  • Reclined positioning: The connector allows you to sit back in a more reclined, comfortable position while expressing, which helps your milk to flow.
  • Fewer parts to clean: With minimal components to take apart, the connectors are easy to handle, wash and sanitise between sessions.

Materials and safety

All plastic components are made without the chemical BPA and comply with international safety regulations, in line with what you'd expect from Medela.

Compatibility

These connectors fit the classic pumping set and Medela pumps used with the classic set and bottles, including Swing Solo, Swing Maxi, Freestyle Flex, Swing Flex and Swing Maxi Flex. They come as a pair, so you can service both sides if you double pump or keep a spare ready.

Best For

The Medela PersonalFit Flex Connector 2 Pack is a great option for parents who:

  • Own a compatible Medela pump (Swing Solo, Swing Maxi, Freestyle Flex, Swing Flex or Swing Maxi Flex) and need genuine replacement connectors
  • Want a second set to reduce washing turnaround between pumping sessions
  • Prefer expressing in a more reclined, comfortable position

It may not be the right fit if your pump uses a different Medela connection system — check your pump model before ordering.

Pandylane Pro Tip: Because compatibility depends on your exact pump and set, match your pump model to the list above before you order, so you're confident the connector fits your setup.
