Control your way

Adjust, programme and schedule the Soothe entirely through the Maxi-Cosi Connected Home app, or use the buttons on the unit itself if you'd rather not reach for your phone. Voice control via Alexa and Google Home is there when your hands are full, and a built-in timer lets you set a delayed start. A handy child lock stops little fingers from overriding your saved settings on the on-product display, and the app uses fully encrypted data.

The Soothe connects to the same single app as the rest of the Connected Home range, which includes the See Baby Monitor, Breathe Humidifier and Glow Crib Light. The products can be programmed to interact — for example, when the See Baby Monitor senses your baby waking or making sounds, you can set the Soothe to switch on automatically. This makes it a good fit if you already use, or plan to build up, the wider Connected Home system rather than a single standalone device.

What you'll need to run it

The Soothe requires a mains power supply and does not run on batteries, and a 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi internet connection is needed to set it up in the app. You can use the device without the app, but you won't have access to all of its features. It's worth knowing that, because there's no battery, it won't operate during a power interruption.
