The Maxi-Cosi Mica 360 Pro iSize Car Seat is a rotating car seat designed to grow with your child from birth to approximately 4 years — covering 40 to 105 cm and up to 18 kg. It combines rearward- and forward-facing use with a fixed, integrated ISOFIX slide base, so one seat handles the newborn stage right through to toddlerhood without buying a separate infant carrier. The included newborn inlay is specifically developed to support your baby from birth.

What sets this Mica 360 Pro apart is SlideTech combined with one-hand 360° rotation. The base is fixed to the car with ISOFIX, while the rotating part physically slides out of the vehicle towards you — giving you more room to stand up straight when lifting your child in and out, rather than bending and reaching across the seat. Built to the i-Size (R129/03) standard, it's a good fit for parents who want an all-stage seat and daily loading that's kinder on their back.

How it Works

  • SlideTech: Rotate the seat 90° to face your child towards you, then pull the seat towards you — the rotating part slides out of the car, no extra button needed. You can hold the centred handle with one hand or grasp both sides with two.
  • One-hand 360° rotation: You can spin the seat in any position, including fully upright or fully reclined, to make getting your child settled easier.
  • G-CELL Side Impact Protection: With 45% of impacts coming from the side, G-CELL structure is built into the side panels and headrest to help spread impact forces away from your child. It works in three steps — engineered panels redirect forces, the materials absorb impact, and the geometry guides your child's head into the most secure zone of the headrest.
  • AirProtect safety cushions: Patented AirProtect cushions in the headrest are designed to help protect your child and reduce the risk of head injury by up to 20%.
  • Anti-misuse button: Keeps your child travelling rearward-facing up to 15 months; after that you can choose to stay rearward-facing or unlock the forward-facing position.
  • Visual installation feedback: Indicators help confirm the seat is installed correctly, and integrated ISOFIX connectors lock the base into your car.

Comfort and everyday use

The seat offers five recline positions and an easy-in harness for daily loading. A nine-position adjustable headrest lets you raise the fit as your child grows, and the 5-point safety harness includes hip pads. ClimaFlow supports temperature control through ventilation panels, breathable foam and mesh fabrics, which helps on our warmer days and longer journeys. The seat is also certified by AGR as back-friendly.

The covers use EcoCare fabrics — 100% recycled (49 recycled 500 ml rPet bottles per seat) and produced without hazardous chemicals. They can be wiped down with a damp cloth or machine washed up to 30°C.

How to Use

To fasten the harness: Pull the harness adjuster strap until the harness sits close to your child's body. When it's correctly tight, you should be able to pass only one finger between your child's body and the harness strap.

To switch from rearward- to forward-facing: After 15 months and at least 76 cm in length, push the anti-misuse button to unlock the forward-facing position. Maxi-Cosi recommends travelling rearward-facing for as long as possible, as research shows this is the safest way to travel with young children.
