Legendairy Milk Starter Bundle

The Legendairy Milk Starter Bundle brings together three of the brand's fenugreek-free herbal lactation supplements — Liquid Gold, Pump Princess and Milkapalooza — in a single set, so you can explore a range of organic herb blends and get a feel for what suits your body while breastfeeding. Each blend is built around organic botanicals the brand has chosen to support different parts of the lactation journey, making the bundle a practical starting point if you're new to herbal lactation support.

Because everyone responds to herbs differently, what works well for one person may not do the same for another. Legendairy Milk suggests trying one supplement at a time for at least 7–10 days so you can gauge how you respond before introducing another. All three blends are fenugreek-free, vegan, non-GMO and made with organic herbs, and each supplement comes in a choice of a 60- or 180-capsule bottle.

Liquid Gold

Liquid Gold is an organic blend of goat's rue, milk thistle seed, shatavari root and caraway seed. Goat's rue is traditionally associated with supporting milk supply, while milk thistle is included to support liver health and hormonal balance. Shatavari is an Ayurvedic adaptogen the brand includes to support hormone balance and postpartum recovery, and caraway seed is there to help with digestion and ease gas and bloating for both mum and baby.

Pump Princess

Pump Princess is a fenugreek-free formula aimed at pumping mums, combining Nigella Sativa (black cumin seed), dill seed and caraway seed. Black cumin seed is included to support prolactin levels and steady milk production, dill seed to encourage milk flow and support digestion, and caraway seed to aid digestion and nutrient absorption for more comfortable feeding.

Milkapalooza

Milkapalooza is a nutrient-rich blend of moringa leaf, nettle leaf, shatavari root and caraway seed. Moringa is rich in vitamins and minerals and is included to support energy and recovery, while nettle brings iron and chlorophyll to support milk flow. Shatavari again supports hormone balance and wellbeing, and caraway seed helps relieve bloating and is said to improve milk flavour and digestibility for baby.

How to Use

1. Take as directed on each bottle, or as recommended by your healthcare provider or lactation consultant.
2. Use consistently — most people notice how they respond within about 7–10 days.
3. Fit it into your regular pumping or breastfeeding routine for the best sense of what's working.

Best For

The Legendairy Milk Starter Bundle is a good option for parents who:

• Want to explore herbal lactation support and see which blend suits them
• Are specifically looking for fenugreek-free supplements
• Prefer organic, vegan, non-GMO herbal formulas

It may not be the right fit if you:

• Are pregnant, taking medication, or managing a health condition without first checking with a healthcare provider
• Are looking for a quick fix — herbs affect everyone differently, and a supplement can't take the place of feeding support

Pandylane Pro Tip: Introduce one supplement at a time and give it a full 7–10 days before adding another. Because responses to herbs vary so much, this makes it far easier to tell which blend is actually working for you.

Disclaimer

Herbs affect people differently, and these supplements are not a substitute for assessing feeding, milk transfer or your baby's wellbeing. If you're worried about milk supply, ongoing pain, or whether your baby is getting enough, a lactation consultant or healthcare provider is the best place to start. Please speak to your healthcare provider before use if you are pregnant, taking any medication, or have an existing health condition. These blends are fenugreek-free — a herb that doesn't suit everyone, particularly anyone with thyroid dysfunction — and Legendairy Milk has chosen alternative botanicals instead.
