Returns Made Easy

Unfortunately, we can’t accept returns on this product once it’s been opened. This is usually because:

  • It’s a hygiene or sanitary product
  • It’s single-use
  • It’s a final sale or clearance item

If there’s a defect or fault, though, it’s always covered as a warranty claim.

If the item is still unopened, you can return it within 30 days of receiving it. Just request a return from your account or through our chat, and we’ll handle the rest.

Returns are always free within 7 days. After that, if you’re returning it because you’ve changed your mind, you may need to cover the return cost. You can send it back yourself, or we can arrange a courier and give you an upfront quote — direct from the courier. If your return is for any other reason, it’s free.

Legendairy Milk Liquid Gold is an organic herbal lactation supplement formulated to support breast milk production during breastfeeding. Each vegetable capsule brings together a blend of organic botanicals — goat's rue, milk thistle, shatavari and caraway seed — that are traditionally used around lactation. A galactagogue is simply a herb or food used with the intention of supporting milk supply, and this blend is built around that idea for mothers who are establishing, maintaining or rebuilding their supply.

It's worth saying plainly: milk supply is driven mostly by frequent, effective milk removal, and no supplement can assess how feeding is going or replace skilled support. Liquid Gold is designed to sit alongside your feeding routine as one form of support — not as a fix on its own. If you're worried about supply, your baby's intake, or feeding comfort, a lactation consultant or healthcare provider can help you get to the root of it.

Key Ingredients

Goat's Rue (Galega officinalis) What it is: A herb with a long-standing reputation for supporting a healthy milk supply.
Why it's included: It is traditionally associated with the development of mammary tissue and is one of the more well-known galactagogues used by breastfeeding mothers.
Milk Thistle Seed (Silybum marianum) What it is: A seed that is a natural source of silymarin.
Why it's included: It is traditionally used for added lactation support and postpartum wellbeing.
Shatavari Root (Asparagus racemosus) What it is: An Ayurvedic adaptogen root.
Why it's included: It is traditionally used to support female hormonal balance and lactation, and to help the body cope with the demands of the postpartum period.
Caraway Seed (Carum carvi) What it is: A gently soothing culinary seed.
Why it's included: It is traditionally used to ease gas and bloating, which can make feeding more comfortable for both mum and baby.

How to Use

  1. The suggested dose is 2 capsules, 3 times daily.
  2. Start on this dosage, and once you're happy with how things are going, slowly taper down according to your breastfeeding needs.
  3. Take as directed on the packaging, or as recommended by your healthcare provider or lactation consultant.

Liquid Gold is fenugreek-free, so it suits mums who prefer to avoid fenugreek, and it can be combined with other Legendairy Milk supplements if a lactation consultant advises it. It comes in a 60-capsule bottle or a larger 180-capsule bottle, so you can choose a size that matches how long you plan to use it.

Best For

The Legendairy Milk Liquid Gold is a great option for parents who:

  • Want an organic, herbal form of lactation support to use alongside their feeding routine
  • Prefer a fenugreek-free galactagogue blend
  • Follow a vegan diet or need something free from soy, dairy and gluten
  • Would like a gentle-on-digestion option that includes caraway seed

It may not be the right fit if you:

  • Are pregnant, as it is not for use during pregnancy
  • Are looking for a supplement that has been evaluated and registered by SAHPRA
  • Have concerns about supply or feeding that really need hands-on assessment rather than a supplement
