KuraFlo Hypertonic Nebulising Solution 50ml

The KuraFlo Hypertonic Nebulising Solution is a 3% hypertonic saline solution for use with a nebuliser, developed by an ENT to help loosen and clear mucus and ease congestion in the respiratory tract. Delivered as a fine vapour through a nebuliser, it's designed to reach the airways directly and offer respiratory relief for babies, children and adults when a chesty, congested or irritated airway is making breathing and sleep uncomfortable.

How it Works

• Hypertonic saline: At 3%, the salt concentration is higher than the body's own fluids, which is designed to draw moisture toward the airway lining and help loosen thick mucus so it's easier to expel. According to KuraFlo, a 3% hypertonic saline is more effective at clearing mucus and phlegm than solutions with a lower salt content.

How to Use

Recommended amounts per session: infants and children 2 ml – 4 ml; adults 3 ml – 5 ml. Nebulise 2–3 times per day, or as directed by your physician.

1. Drip the solution into the nebuliser chamber.
2. Slowly and deeply inhale the vapour until the liquid is used up.

To use in conjunction with prescribed medication (for example, cortisone), drip 2 ml – 3 ml of solution into the nebuliser chamber, add the medication and nebulise.
