John Deere Kids Monster Treads Optimus Prime

The Monster Treads Optimus Prime Lightning Wheels vehicle is a push-along toy car that brings the fearless Autobot scout into hands-on play. Roll Optimus Prime back and forth and the oversized wheels light up as he moves — a simple bit of cause-and-effect that keeps little ones rolling him again and again. It's a ready-made prop for Transformers-themed pretend play, made for fans aged 3 years and up.

Standing 9 cm tall and 22 cm long, this blue vehicle is chunky enough for small hands to grip and steer across the floor. It's built with sturdy plastic construction and oversized, durable tyres, so it's ready for play on all kinds of terrain — from the living-room rug to a patch of outdoor path.

How it works

• Light-up wheels: As Optimus Prime rolls, his wheels flash — and the faster he rolls, the faster the lights flash, so speed and lights are linked in a way children quickly figure out for themselves.
• On/off switch: A simple switch turns the lights off to conserve battery when playtime is over.
• Battery powered: Runs on 3 AAA batteries, which are included, so it's ready to play straight out of the box.

Easy, repeatable play

The intuitive design and smooth rolling action make this a stress-free toy for younger children — there's nothing complicated to set up or master. It simply rolls, lights up and invites another go, which makes it well suited to open floor play and small-world Autobot storytelling.
