Fast Nationwide Delivery for R99

Delivery, sorted.

We’re committed to getting your order to you quickly, and hassle-free. While we do carry a lot of stock in our store, we do sometimes have to order in from suppliers.

Processing Time

If this item is in stock, it’s processed within 2 hours, often much quicker.

If this item needs to come in from our supplier, it usually takes 1-2 days for us to receive it. As soon as it arrives, we’ll pack your order and prep it for delivery.

Delivery Time

Once your order is packed, it’s immediately booked with one of our courier partners. From there, delivery usually takes a couple days:

Gauteng
1-2 days
Cape Town, Durban, Main Centres
2-3 days
Regional & Outlying
2-5 days

Need it sooner?

If your item is in stock, you’ll also have the option for Urgent Delivery for R149. This books your order on our courier partner’s priority shipping option, which is usually a same or next day service.

Other Ways To Get Your Order

We’re flexible, and want to make sure you get your order in a way that works for you.

  • Click & Collect
  • Locker Delivery with PUDO or Bob Box
  • Pargo and PostNet available on request.

More About Timelines

Timelines are estimates, based on our averages and couriers’ commitments. We always aim to get your order to you quicker than this — but they’re not a guarantee. Wherever your order is in the journey, we’ll keep you updated every step of the way.

Returns Made Easy

Unfortunately, we can’t accept returns on this product once it’s been opened. This is usually because:

  • It’s a hygiene or sanitary product
  • It’s single-use
  • It’s a final sale or clearance item

If there’s a defect or fault, though, it’s always covered as a warranty claim.

If the item is still unopened, you can return it within 30 days of receiving it. Just request a return from your account or through our chat, and we’ll handle the rest.

Returns are always free within 7 days. After that, if you’re returning it because you’ve changed your mind, you may need to cover the return cost. You can send it back yourself, or we can arrange a courier and give you an upfront quote — direct from the courier. If your return is for any other reason, it’s free.

Warranty

Warranty Period: 6 Months Limited Warranty

This product’s warranty is provided by the manufacturer/distributor. As an authorised retailer, any purchase from us qualifies for the full manufacturer’s warranty — no exceptions.

Warranty claims are handled directly by the manufacturer or distributor, so we’ll refer you to the right team to get your claim underway. That said, we don’t just hand you off and disappear — we stay involved and follow up from our side to help make sure your claim is resolved promptly.

For most claims, all you’ll need is proof of purchase.

Goes great with ...
  • Soft bamboo-cotton feel: Made from 94% bamboo and 6% polyester velour towelling (360 gsm, two-ply) with a smooth, silk-like texture.
  • Handy 25 x 25 cm size: Compact enough to control easily, yet generous enough for face, hand and clean-up duties.
  • Pack of three: Keep one in use while the others are in the wash.
  • Multi-purpose: Suits bath time, feeding clean-ups, facial cleansing, makeup removal and use as a hand towel.
  • Reusable and washable: A machine-washable alternative to disposable paper towels and wipes.
  • Built to last: Designed to withstand daily use and repeated washing, softening over time.
  • Breathable fabric: Bamboo fibres give the cloths a light, breathable quality.
  • Travel-friendly: Lightweight and compact, easy to pack into a nappy bag.

The Infancie Bamboo Face Washers 3 Pack is a set of three soft bamboo-cotton washcloths for bath time, feeding clean-ups and everyday wiping. Each cloth measures 25 x 25 cm — small enough to control in one hand, but generous enough to wrap around your fingers for a proper wipe — making them a versatile everyday basic to keep in the bathroom, nursery and nappy bag.

They're made from a 94% bamboo, 6% polyester velour towelling (360 gsm, two-ply), which gives them a smooth, silk-like feel against skin. The bamboo fibres are breathable, and the cloths are designed to hold up to daily use and repeated washing, tending to soften further over time rather than going stiff.

Soft and gentle on the skin

The appeal of a bamboo washcloth is its texture. The fabric feels smooth and cushioned, which makes it a comfortable choice for wiping little faces, hands and bottoms, as well as for your own use — facial cleansing, makeup removal or as a small hand towel. Because they're reusable and machine washable, they're a practical, earth-friendly alternative to disposable paper towels and wipes, and they slot easily into a cloth-nappy routine.

Everyday practicality

Sold as a pack of three, you can keep one in rotation while the others are in the wash, and they're light and compact enough to tuck into a nappy bag or travel pouch. They're part of Infancie's wider bamboo range, which also includes towels, sheets and blankets, if you'd like to match your baby's textiles across the nursery.

Best For

The Infancie Bamboo Face Washers 3 Pack is a great option for parents who:

  • Want soft, reusable washcloths for bath time and feeding clean-ups
  • Prefer a washable alternative to disposable wipes and paper towels
  • Like having a few cloths on rotation between laundry cycles
  • Want a compact size that travels easily in a nappy bag

It may not be the best fit if you're after a single large bath towel or a hooded towel for wrapping baby after a bath.

Care

The cloths are machine washable, so they're easy to keep fresh and ready to reuse.
