How to use

1. Place the clean, open nappy under the baby.
2. Bring the front panel up between the legs.
3. Fasten both tabs securely to the front panel.
4. Adjust the waistband so it sits comfortably and evenly.
5. Pull the leg cuffs outward rather than tucking them inside.
6. Check that the fit is snug but not tight.
7. Change the nappy when wet or soiled, and immediately after a bowel movement.
8. Clean and dry the skin before fitting a fresh nappy.

Where practical, allow brief nappy-free time, apply a suitable barrier cream if needed, and check the skin for any redness or irritation. Do not flush nappies down the toilet — remove solid stool into the toilet where practical, wrap the used nappy securely, and dispose of it in a household waste bin.

Finding the right size

The 4–6 kg weight guide is a starting point rather than a rule. Babies of the same weight can need different sizes because of differences in waist, thigh and body shape. A secure fit should sit comfortably below the belly button, lie flat around the waist, and have no large gaps around the legs. It may be worth moving up a size if the waistband feels tight, you cannot fit two fingers under it, red marks appear, or leaks and blowouts become more frequent. A smaller size may suit better if there are gaps around the legs, the nappy sags, or leaks happen even when it isn't full.
