If you have flat or inverted nipples and latching has been tricky, these correctors may help by temporarily shaping the nipple in the moments before breastfeeding.

Mothers' nipples come in many shapes, and while some protrude enough for an easy latch, plenty of women have flatter or inverted nipples that benefit from a little help. Each corrector is made from 100% non-toxic silicone and works with a squeeze of the dome or sides to create gentle suction over the nipple. It's a low-fuss, patented design that packs down small, and each set includes two correctors plus a portable carry case so you have one on hand wherever you feed.

How to use

  1. Pinch the sides or compress the dome of the corrector.
  2. Centre and place it over your nipple.
  3. Release your grip, allowing the suction to draw out your nipple.
  4. Repeat as needed until your nipple is ready for latching.

Haakaa recommends using the correctors for a few minutes before breastfeeding. You can vary the suction strength by adjusting how firmly you pinch the sides or dome, so you stay in control of what feels comfortable.

Use only a soft-bristle brush or soft sponge, as hard scourers may scratch the surface, and avoid bleach-based cleaners or tablets.
