The First Days Maternity Disposable Postpartum Absorbent Underwear are disposable, all-in-one pants made for the heavier bleeding after birth (lochia). Each pair has a highly absorbent core built in, so there's no maternity pad to position and no pad shifting or bunching. You simply pull them on, day or night. This pack holds 7 pairs, each individually wrapped, and comes in two sizes: S/M and L/XL.
