The Carmien Kiddies Happy Tummy Rooibos Tea Blend is a gentle herbal tea blend made for little tummies, combining rooibos with ground flaxseed and fennel. It has a refreshing apple flavour and comes as 20 teabags per pack, so it can slot into everyday routines whether you serve it warm in a cup or chilled in a water bottle. It's the kind of caffeine-free, sugar-free tummy tea many parents reach for when they're looking for something soothing to offer alongside a varied diet.
Rooibos, chamomile and hibiscus are traditionally used to soothe the digestive system and ease stomach cramps and spasms, while the natural combination of rooibos, ground flaxseed and fennel may help to gently relieve constipation. It's naturally caffeine-free, kilojoule-free, preservative-free and sugar-free, and rich in antioxidants. Do keep in mind that the ground flaxseed may give the brewed tea a slightly cloudy appearance — that's normal and expected.
