Returns Made Easy

Unfortunately, we can’t accept returns on this product once it’s been opened. This is usually because:

  • It’s a hygiene or sanitary product
  • It’s single-use
  • It’s a final sale or clearance item

If there’s a defect or fault, though, it’s always covered as a warranty claim.

If the item is still unopened, you can return it within 30 days of receiving it. Just request a return from your account or through our chat, and we’ll handle the rest.

Returns are always free within 7 days. After that, if you’re returning it because you’ve changed your mind, you may need to cover the return cost. You can send it back yourself, or we can arrange a courier and give you an upfront quote — direct from the courier. If your return is for any other reason, it’s free.

Warranty claims are handled directly by the manufacturer or distributor, so we’ll refer you to the right team to get your claim underway. That said, we don’t just hand you off and disappear — we stay involved and follow up from our side to help make sure your claim is resolved promptly.

The Boon Stem is a flower-shaped drying rack accessory that adds extra room to your Boon countertop drying rack. It plants into the middle of the rack and holds all the small, just-washed pieces — teats, valves, bottle collars, caps and sippy cup parts — up and off the base, so the space below stays free for drying larger items like bottles and cups.

If you're finding your drying rack fills up fast, the Stem is a practical way to make more of the same footprint. Keeping small parts separated and spaced also helps them air-dry properly rather than sitting bunched together, which is exactly what you want when you're washing and drying feeding items several times a day.

How to use

Plant the stem into the centre of your Boon countertop drying rack, then slot the small, freshly washed parts onto it. Leave the base of the rack clear underneath for bottles and other larger pieces to air-dry.

The Boon Stem is a great option for parents who:
