2. Choose your mode and set the intensity for each channel separately.
3. Set the timer anywhere from 10 to 60 minutes. The maximum session length is 60 minutes — for a longer session, restart the device once the cycle has finished.
4. The automatic shut-off ends the session when the timer completes.

The built-in rechargeable lithium battery provides up to 20 hours of use and charges over USB — via a wall charger, power bank, computer USB port, or another compatible USB source. A battery-level indicator shows when the unit needs recharging, and it comes with both large and small electrode pads so you can suit the pad size to the area you're treating.
