Fast Nationwide Delivery for R99

Delivery, sorted.

We’re committed to getting your order to you quickly, and hassle-free. While we do carry a lot of stock in our store, we do sometimes have to order in from suppliers.

Processing Time

If this item is in stock, it’s processed within 2 hours, often much quicker.

If this item needs to come in from our supplier, it usually takes 2-3 days for us to receive it. As soon as it arrives, we’ll pack your order and prep it for delivery.

Delivery Time

Once your order is packed, it’s immediately booked with one of our courier partners. From there, delivery usually takes a couple days:

Gauteng
1-2 days
Cape Town, Durban, Main Centres
2-3 days
Regional & Outlying
2-5 days

Need it sooner?

If your item is in stock, you’ll also have the option for Urgent Delivery for R149. This books your order on our courier partner’s priority shipping option, which is usually a same or next day service.

Other Ways To Get Your Order

We’re flexible, and want to make sure you get your order in a way that works for you.

  • Click & Collect
  • Locker Delivery with PUDO or Bob Box
  • Pargo and PostNet available on request.

More About Timelines

Timelines are estimates, based on our averages and couriers’ commitments. We always aim to get your order to you quicker than this — but they’re not a guarantee. Wherever your order is in the journey, we’ll keep you updated every step of the way.

Returns Made Easy

Unfortunately, we can’t accept returns on this product once it’s been opened. This is usually because:

  • It’s a hygiene or sanitary product
  • It’s single-use
  • It’s a final sale or clearance item

If there’s a defect or fault, though, it’s always covered as a warranty claim.

If the item is still unopened, you can return it within 30 days of receiving it. Just request a return from your account or through our chat, and we’ll handle the rest.

Returns are always free within 7 days. After that, if you’re returning it because you’ve changed your mind, you may need to cover the return cost. You can send it back yourself, or we can arrange a courier and give you an upfront quote — direct from the courier. If your return is for any other reason, it’s free.

Warranty

Warranty Period: 6 Months Limited Warranty

This product’s warranty is provided by the manufacturer/distributor. As an authorised retailer, any purchase from us qualifies for the full manufacturer’s warranty — no exceptions.

Warranty claims are handled directly by the manufacturer or distributor, so we’ll refer you to the right team to get your claim underway. That said, we don’t just hand you off and disappear — we stay involved and follow up from our side to help make sure your claim is resolved promptly.

For most claims, all you’ll need is proof of purchase.

Goes great with ...
  • Soft, snuggly texture: Made from ultra-soft organic cotton muslin, it gives your baby a familiar, easy-to-hold comfort cloth to stroke and cuddle.
  • Keeps the dummy close: An adapter ring lets you fasten a pacifier to the cloth, so a favourite dummy stays within easy reach.
  • Fits all BIBS pacifiers: The ring is designed to hold any BIBS dummy, making it a natural pairing if you already use the range.
  • Handy pocket: A cute built-in pocket gives you a spot to tuck the dummy away when it's not in use.
  • Breathable fabric: The muslin cotton is light and breathable, with a crinkly feel that's easy for little hands to grasp.
  • Ready from the first use: It's pre-washed, so it's fully absorbent straight away and stays true to size.
  • Easy to care for: Machine washable at 40°C and tumble-dry friendly, so it's simple to keep clean when it goes everywhere with baby.
  • Organic and recyclable: Made from 100% organic cotton and recyclable material.

The BIBS Kangaroo Cuddle Cloth is a small, soft comfort object — a lovey — designed to give your baby something familiar to hold and stroke during cuddles, pram time or an age-appropriate settling routine. Made from ultra-soft organic cotton muslin with sweet little kangaroo ears, it offers a gentle tactile cue that many babies come to associate with comfort and reassurance.

What makes this cuddle cloth especially practical is its built-in pacifier ring and pocket. The adapter ring lets you fasten a dummy to the cloth so it stays close and easy to find, and it's designed to fit all BIBS pacifiers — so your baby's favourite can travel with the comforter rather than going missing at the bottom of the bag. The handy pocket gives you a spot to tuck the dummy away when it's not in use.

Soft, breathable organic cotton

The cloth is made from 100% organic cotton muslin, a soft and breathable fabric with a light, crinkly feel that's easy for little hands to grasp. It's pre-washed, which means it's fully absorbent from the very first use and stays true to size, so you won't be caught out by shrinkage after the first wash.

How to Use

Offer the cuddle cloth during supervised awake time — cuddles, feeds, in the pram or as part of a familiar routine. To keep a dummy close, clip your BIBS pacifier onto the adapter ring, and tuck it into the pocket when it's not in the mouth.

Care

Machine wash at 40°C on a normal cycle. Do not bleach, do not iron, and do not dry clean. Tumble drying on a normal setting is fine — just note that the signature crinkle look will relax with ironing, so it's best left un-ironed.

Disclaimer

A cuddle cloth is a soft object. Current infant safe-sleep guidance recommends keeping the sleep space clear of toys, loose bedding and other objects, so this comforter is best kept for supervised awake comfort rather than left in the cot with a sleeping baby. Always inspect the cloth, ring and any attached dummy regularly for wear or damage, and replace if needed.
