BIBS Braided Pacifier Clip

The BIBS Braided Pacifier Clip is a simple accessory that does one useful job well: it keeps a dummy attached to your baby's clothing so it's less likely to end up on the floor, lost in the pram, or dropped mid-outing. BIBS calls this design the Paci Braid — a braided cord in a classic retro look, finished here in a soft Blush/Ivory colourway to match your baby's favourite BIBS dummy. It's the kind of small thing that quietly makes everyday life with a baby a little easier, at home, in the stroller, or out and about.

Attaching it is straightforward — clip the metal fastener onto a piece of your child's clothing and thread the dummy onto the other end. It's suitable for pacifiers with or without a ring, so you're not limited to one dummy style, and the metal clip is nickel-free for attaching to your baby's clothes.

Considered materials

The clip is made with FSC-certified wood and a nickel-free metal clip, and BIBS describes the materials as 100% recyclable and environmentally friendly. If you like accessories that pair practicality with a natural, understated look, the wooden bead detail and braided cord sit comfortably alongside the rest of the BIBS dummy range.

How to use it safely

A dummy clip is an awake-use accessory, and how you use it matters as much as what it is. Please follow the manufacturer's directions:

• Use the clip only while your child is awake and under supervision.
• Attach it only to garments — clip it to your baby's clothing, never around the neck.
• Do not use it when your baby is in a cot, bed, or crib, and never leave your baby unsupervised while using it.
• Never attach it to cords, ribbons, laces, or loose parts of clothing.
• Do not use it as a toy or a teether, and never lengthen the soother holder.
• Check it carefully before each use, and throw it away at the first sign of damage or weakness.

Disclaimer

No clip, cord, or attachment should remain connected to a dummy while your baby is sleeping. This accessory is intended for awake, directly supervised use only and must be removed for every sleep. Always inspect it before use and replace it as soon as you notice any wear or damage.
