Fast Nationwide Delivery for R99

Delivery, sorted.

We’re committed to getting your order to you quickly, and hassle-free. While we do carry a lot of stock in our store, we do sometimes have to order in from suppliers.

Processing Time

If this item is in stock, it’s processed within 2 hours, often much quicker.

If this item needs to come in from our supplier, it usually takes 2-3 days for us to receive it. As soon as it arrives, we’ll pack your order and prep it for delivery.

Delivery Time

Once your order is packed, it’s immediately booked with one of our courier partners. From there, delivery usually takes a couple days:

Gauteng
1-2 days
Cape Town, Durban, Main Centres
2-3 days
Regional & Outlying
2-5 days

Need it sooner?

If your item is in stock, you’ll also have the option for Urgent Delivery for R149. This books your order on our courier partner’s priority shipping option, which is usually a same or next day service.

Other Ways To Get Your Order

We’re flexible, and want to make sure you get your order in a way that works for you.

  • Click & Collect
  • Locker Delivery with PUDO or Bob Box
  • Pargo and PostNet available on request.

More About Timelines

Timelines are estimates, based on our averages and couriers’ commitments. We always aim to get your order to you quicker than this — but they’re not a guarantee. Wherever your order is in the journey, we’ll keep you updated every step of the way.

Returns Made Easy

Unfortunately, we can’t accept returns on this product once it’s been opened. This is usually because:

  • It’s a hygiene or sanitary product
  • It’s single-use
  • It’s a final sale or clearance item

If there’s a defect or fault, though, it’s always covered as a warranty claim.

If the item is still unopened, you can return it within 30 days of receiving it. Just request a return from your account or through our chat, and we’ll handle the rest.

Returns are always free within 7 days. After that, if you’re returning it because you’ve changed your mind, you may need to cover the return cost. You can send it back yourself, or we can arrange a courier and give you an upfront quote — direct from the courier. If your return is for any other reason, it’s free.

Warranty

Warranty Period: 6 Months Limited Warranty

This product’s warranty is provided by the manufacturer/distributor. As an authorised retailer, any purchase from us qualifies for the full manufacturer’s warranty — no exceptions.

Warranty claims are handled directly by the manufacturer or distributor, so we’ll refer you to the right team to get your claim underway. That said, we don’t just hand you off and disappear — we stay involved and follow up from our side to help make sure your claim is resolved promptly.

For most claims, all you’ll need is proof of purchase.

Goes great with ...
  • Perfectly Sized Cubes: Freezes breast milk, purees and smoothies into portions sized to fit the BIBS Baby Feeder.
  • Easy-Release Base: The silicone bottom lets frozen cubes pop out with a gentle push, so you only thaw what you need.
  • Helps Minimise Spills: Grooves between the compartments help keep each portion where it belongs as you fill and carry the tray.
  • Lid Included: Comes with a lid to keep portions covered during freezer storage.
  • Food-Safe Materials: Made from 100% food-grade, BPA-free materials.
  • Dishwasher Safe: Cleans up easily between prep sessions.
  • Part of the BIBS System: Designed to work alongside the BIBS Baby Feeder for a seamless routine.

The BIBS Baby Food Freezer Tray is a portioning and freezing tray for prepared baby food, made to turn breast milk, purees and smoothies into neat, individual cubes. If you batch-cook or freeze expressed milk and want portions that thaw predictably with less waste, this tray gives you a simple way to store small servings and reach for exactly as much as you need.

Each cube is sized to fit the BIBS Baby Feeder, so the tray and feeder work together as part of the same system — you freeze in the tray, then pop a cube straight into the feeder when it's time. The tray is crafted from 100% food-grade, BPA-free materials and comes with a lid to keep portions covered in the freezer.

Thoughtful design for everyday portioning

Grooves sit between the compartments to help minimise spills as you fill and carry the tray, keeping each portion where it belongs. The silicone base is the detail that makes daily use easier: with a gentle push from underneath, frozen cubes release cleanly, so you're not wrestling a rigid tray or thawing more than you meant to.

Easy to clean

The tray is dishwasher safe, which keeps cleanup straightforward between prep sessions and fits it easily into the daily wash routine.

How to Use

  1. Fill the compartments with breast milk, puree, smoothie or another prepared food.
  2. Fit the included lid and place the tray in the freezer.
  3. Once frozen, push up from the silicone base to release a cube.
  4. Add a cube to your BIBS Baby Feeder or thaw and reheat as needed, following your usual food-safety routine.

Best For

The BIBS Baby Food Freezer Tray is a great option for parents who:

  • Batch-prepare purees or freeze expressed milk and want consistent, single-serving portions
  • Already use, or plan to use, the BIBS Baby Feeder and want cubes sized to match it
  • Prefer a tray with an easy-release base and a lid for freezer storage
  • Want something that goes straight into the dishwasher

Pandylane Pro Tip: Freezing in small individual cubes lets you mix and match portions as your baby's appetite changes — thaw one cube for a taster, or a few more once they're eating a full serving. Always follow current food-safety guidance on freezing, thawing and reheating times for the specific food you're storing.
