The Beurer MG 10 Massage Ball with Vibration is a compact, handheld vibrating trigger point massager designed to help work into tense muscle groups and loosen fasciae agglutinations. About 7.5 cm across and roughly 120 g without batteries, it's small enough to slip into a gym bag or a desk drawer, so you can reach tight spots at home, at the gym or on the go.

Its small, ergonomic shape and penetrating soft-touch surface are designed to be deep acting, letting you target specific points across the body. Two intensity levels let you switch between stronger and gentler vibration to suit how a spot feels on the day, and the soft-touch surface is comfortable against skin and easy to wipe clean. It runs on batteries (3 x 1.5 V AAA included), so it's ready to use straight out of the box.

How to Use

Use should feel pleasant, not painful — if discomfort occurs, stop or adjust the pressure. Beurer recommends treating each area (lower body, mid-body and upper body) three times a week, for no longer than 15 minutes at a time. Treating all three areas in a session is suggested, but you can focus on a single area if that's where you need it. The MG 10 can be used standing, sitting or lying down.
