The Beurer LB 37 Ultrasound Air Humidifier is a 2-in-1 cool mist humidifier and essential oil aroma diffuser, designed to add moisture to dry indoor air and, when you choose to, gently scent the room at the same time. Using ultrasonic technology, it releases a fine cool mist rather than warm steam, making it a practical option for bedrooms, baby and children's rooms, studies and living areas of up to 20 m². This listing is for the Toffee colourway (the LB 37 is also available in white).

Indoor air often dries out during the colder months when heating is running, and dry air can leave skin, eyes and airways feeling irritated. The LB 37 is designed to help raise humidity back towards a comfortable level so your space feels less parched. Because it doubles as a diffuser, you can add a few drops of your favourite essential oil to one of the included aroma pads for a scented, calming atmosphere — separate from the water, so the mist and the aroma stay independent.

How it works

  • Ultrasonic cool mist: A vibrating membrane turns water into a fine, cool mist, so there's no heating element and no hot steam — helpful for a nursery where a burn hazard from warm-steam units is a concern.
  • Separate aroma diffusion: Essential oils go onto an aroma pad in a dedicated compartment, never into the water tank, so the fragrance is dispersed without affecting the humidifier mechanism.
  • Two mist levels: You can adjust the output between two spray levels to suit the room and how dry the air is, from a gentle haze to a stronger mist (up to 200 ml/h).

Never add essential oils or fragrances to the water tank — this can cause the ultrasound membrane to seize and damage the device. Aromas belong only on the aroma pads. Maintaining indoor humidity within roughly 40–60% is generally recommended; do not exceed 60%. Use fresh drinking water below 40 °C; if your water is very hard, use distilled water or the optional anti-limescale filter to reduce scale and white dust. Essential oils vary, and a diffuser being compatible with the device does not mean every oil is suitable around babies, young children, pregnant people or pets — use them with care and discretion. The LB 37 is CE certified and, per the supplier, holds regulatory certification in the European Union and with SAHPRA in South Africa. This appliance supports indoor air comfort and is not a treatment for any respiratory, allergy or other health condition.
