FREE Delivery Nationwide

Delivery, sorted.

We’re committed to getting your order to you quickly, and hassle-free. While we do carry a lot of stock in our store, we do sometimes have to order in from suppliers.

Processing Time

If this item is in stock, it’s processed within 2 hours, often much quicker.

If this item needs to come in from our supplier, it usually takes 2-3 days for us to receive it. As soon as it arrives, we’ll pack your order and prep it for delivery.

Delivery Time

Once your order is packed, it’s immediately booked with one of our courier partners. From there, delivery usually takes a couple days:

Need it sooner?

If your item is in stock, you’ll also have the option for Urgent Delivery for R149. This books your order on our courier partner’s priority shipping option, which is usually a same or next day service.

Other Ways To Get Your Order

We’re flexible, and want to make sure you get your order in a way that works for you.

  • Click & Collect
  • Locker Delivery with PUDO or Bob Box
  • Pargo and PostNet available on request.

More About Timelines

Timelines are estimates, based on our averages and couriers’ commitments. We always aim to get your order to you quicker than this — but they’re not a guarantee. Wherever your order is in the journey, we’ll keep you updated every step of the way.

Returns Made Easy

Unfortunately, we can’t accept returns on this product once it’s been opened. This is usually because:

  • It’s a hygiene or sanitary product
  • It’s single-use
  • It’s a final sale or clearance item

If there’s a defect or fault, though, it’s always covered as a warranty claim.

If the item is still unopened, you can return it within 30 days of receiving it. Just request a return from your account or through our chat, and we’ll handle the rest.

Returns are always free within 7 days. After that, if you’re returning it because you’ve changed your mind, you may need to cover the return cost. You can send it back yourself, or we can arrange a courier and give you an upfront quote — direct from the courier. If your return is for any other reason, it’s free.

For most claims, all you’ll need is proof of purchase.

Goes great with ...

  • Portable and rechargeable: A built-in 2570 mAh lithium-ion battery and micro-USB charging mean you're not tied to a wall socket — handy for travel and load-shedding.
  • Compact and light: At around 0.22 kg and roughly 11 x 6 x 5 cm, it packs away easily into the included storage and carrying bag.
  • Compressed-air technology: Works at approximately 0.25 to 0.5 bar to turn compatible prescribed liquid medicine into an inhalable aerosol.
  • Short inhalation time: A nebulisation rate of more than 0.25 ml per minute helps keep sessions brief.
  • Ultra-quiet operation: The low noise level can make treatment sessions less stressful for a child.
  • Masks for the whole family: Comes with an adult mask and a children's mask, plus a mouthpiece and nosepiece, so you can choose the right interface.
  • Automatic switch-off: The device stops on its own once the session is done.
  • Easy to clean and backed by warranty: The parts can be disinfected, replacement accessories are available, and it carries a 5-year warranty.

The Beurer IH 60 Rechargeable Nebuliser is a portable, compressed-air (jet) nebuliser that turns a compatible prescribed liquid medicine into a fine aerosol for inhaling through a mask or mouthpiece. It's designed to help deliver treatment to the upper and lower airways, and Beurer positions it for use alongside conditions such as colds, asthma and other respiratory diseases. A nebuliser delivers the medicine your healthcare provider has prescribed — it isn't a treatment on its own, and it doesn't decide which medicine, dose or schedule is right for your child or family.

What sets this model apart is that it's small, light and rechargeable, so it doesn't need to stay tethered to a wall socket. Weighing around 0.22 kg and measuring roughly 11 x 6 x 5 cm, it runs on a built-in lithium-ion battery and charges via a mains adapter with a micro-USB cable — a practical detail for South African households managing load-shedding or for keeping a treatment routine going while travelling. It's also described as ultra-quiet, which can make sessions easier with a child who finds the sound of a machine unsettling.

How it works

  • Compressed-air technology: The unit pushes air through the medication chamber (atomiser) to break the liquid into an aerosol you breathe in, using a working pressure of approximately 0.25 to 0.5 bar.
  • Nebulisation performance: It delivers a nebulisation rate of more than 0.25 ml per minute, which contributes to a short inhalation time per session.
  • High proportion of respirable particles: Beurer notes a high proportion of respirable particles in the aerosol; how much medicine actually reaches the airways still depends on the prescribed medicine, correct technique, mask seal and following your treatment plan.
  • Automatic switch-off: The device switches off automatically, so you're not left guessing when a session is complete.

Accessories and everyday use

The IH 60 comes ready to use with a full set of accessories, including a mouthpiece, a nosepiece, an adult mask and a children's mask, so you can choose the interface that suits the person being treated. For babies and young children, a mask that seals around the nose and mouth matters — holding the mist near the face ("blow-by") does not give a controlled, equivalent dose. The device is easy to use and can be disinfected between uses, and it includes a storage and carrying bag to keep the parts together and protected when you're on the move. Replacement accessories are available under item no. 602.15 (mouthpiece, nosepiece, adult mask, children's mask, atomiser, compressed-air hose and filters), which helps keep treatment going over the longer term.

Best For

The Beurer IH 60 Rechargeable Nebuliser is a great option for families who:

  • Have a prescribed nebulised medicine and want a portable, rechargeable device that isn't tied to a plug point
  • Travel or manage power interruptions and need a compact unit they can charge and pack away
  • Want a quieter machine and a full set of accessories, including both adult and children's masks

It may not be the right fit if you:

  • Have not been prescribed a medicine or solution approved for nebulisation — a nebuliser doesn't replace a treatment plan
  • Have been advised that a metered-dose inhaler with a spacer is an effective or preferred route for your child

Disclaimer

This is a medical device. Only use medicines and solutions your prescriber or pharmacist has approved for nebulisation, and follow the dose, schedule and technique set out in your treatment plan and the device's user manual. A nebuliser does not diagnose, and visible mist is not proof of a stronger effect. Many ordinary coughs and blocked noses do not need nebulised medication. If breathing symptoms are severe or you're unsure, seek professional medical advice. Beurer supplies the IH 60 with a 5-year warranty.
