Fast Nationwide Delivery for R99

Delivery, sorted.

We’re committed to getting your order to you quickly, and hassle-free. While we do carry a lot of stock in our store, we do sometimes have to order in from suppliers.

Processing Time

If this item is in stock, it’s processed within 2 hours, often much quicker.

If this item needs to come in from our supplier, it usually takes 2-3 days for us to receive it. As soon as it arrives, we’ll pack your order and prep it for delivery.

Delivery Time

Once your order is packed, it’s immediately booked with one of our courier partners. From there, delivery usually takes a couple days:

Gauteng
1-2 days
Cape Town, Durban, Main Centres
2-3 days
Regional & Outlying
2-5 days

Need it sooner?

If your item is in stock, you’ll also have the option for Urgent Delivery for R149. This books your order on our courier partner’s priority shipping option, which is usually a same or next day service.

Other Ways To Get Your Order

We’re flexible, and want to make sure you get your order in a way that works for you.

  • Click & Collect
  • Locker Delivery with PUDO or Bob Box
  • Pargo and PostNet available on request.

More About Timelines

Timelines are estimates, based on our averages and couriers’ commitments. We always aim to get your order to you quicker than this — but they’re not a guarantee. Wherever your order is in the journey, we’ll keep you updated every step of the way.

Returns Made Easy

Unfortunately, we can’t accept returns on this product once it’s been opened. This is usually because:

  • It’s a hygiene or sanitary product
  • It’s single-use
  • It’s a final sale or clearance item

If there’s a defect or fault, though, it’s always covered as a warranty claim.

If the item is still unopened, you can return it within 30 days of receiving it. Just request a return from your account or through our chat, and we’ll handle the rest.

Returns are always free within 7 days. After that, if you’re returning it because you’ve changed your mind, you may need to cover the return cost. You can send it back yourself, or we can arrange a courier and give you an upfront quote — direct from the courier. If your return is for any other reason, it’s free.

Warranty

Warranty Period: 6 Months Limited Warranty

This product’s warranty is provided by the manufacturer/distributor. As an authorised retailer, any purchase from us qualifies for the full manufacturer’s warranty — no exceptions.

Warranty claims are handled directly by the manufacturer or distributor, so we’ll refer you to the right team to get your claim underway. That said, we don’t just hand you off and disappear — we stay involved and follow up from our side to help make sure your claim is resolved promptly.

For most claims, all you’ll need is proof of purchase.

Goes great with ...
  • One-Handed Convenience: Designed so you can reach a wipe or the crème with one hand while keeping your other hand on baby.
  • Two Essentials, One Container: Holds Bennetts Baby Bum Crème and Bennetts Wet Wipes together for a simpler changing routine.
  • Wipes at the Flip of a Lid: A quick flip gives you a wipe when you need it, then closes to keep the pack fresh.
  • Refillable Design: Top it up rather than replacing the whole device, so it stays with you change after change.
  • Gentle, Purified-Water Wipes: Made with purified water and suitable for newborns, plus little hands and delicate faces.
  • Protective Barrier Crème: Formulated in a water-repellent base that forms a barrier between the wet nappy and baby's skin.
  • Made for On the Go: Compact enough to keep you prepared for changes at home or out and about.
  • Award-Recognised: Named Most Innovative Product at the Mama Magic Baby Expo in 2013.

The Bennetts Bum Buddy is a refillable, one-handed nappy-changing device that keeps Bennetts Baby Bum Crème and Bennetts Wet Wipes together in a single compact container. With wipes ready at the flip of a lid and the crème close at hand, it's designed to make each change quicker and simpler — whether you're at the changing table at home or out and about.

The idea is straightforward: instead of juggling a tub of cream and a separate pack of wipes, you have both in one place, ready to grab with one hand while your other hand stays on baby. It's a practical solution for parents looking to keep their changing routine calm and contained, and it earned the Most Innovative Product award at the Mama Magic Baby Expo in 2013.

Cleaning and protecting in one

Bennetts Baby Wipes are made with purified water and are suitable for newborns, so you can use them on baby's bottom as well as little hands and delicate faces. Bennetts Baby Bum Crème is formulated in a water-repellent base that forms a barrier between the wet nappy and baby's skin — a thin layer applied at every change is all that's needed. Because the container is refillable, you can top it up rather than replace the whole device.

How to Use

  1. Flip the lid, remove a Bennetts wipe and gently clean baby's skin — bottom, hands or face — then close the pack after use.
  2. Apply a thin layer of Bennetts Baby Bum Crème to baby's bottom at every nappy change to form a protective barrier.

Best For

The Bennetts Bum Buddy is a great option for parents who:

  • Want their cream and wipes together in one grab-and-go container
  • Prefer a one-handed setup so they can keep a hand on baby during changes
  • Like a refillable format they can top up rather than replace
  • Need something practical for changes both at home and away
