Returns Made Easy

Unfortunately, we can’t accept returns on this product once it’s been opened. This is usually because:

  • It’s a hygiene or sanitary product
  • It’s single-use
  • It’s a final sale or clearance item

If there’s a defect or fault, though, it’s always covered as a warranty claim.

If the item is still unopened, you can return it within 30 days of receiving it. Just request a return from your account or through our chat, and we’ll handle the rest.

Returns are always free within 7 days. After that, if you’re returning it because you’ve changed your mind, you may need to cover the return cost. You can send it back yourself, or we can arrange a courier and give you an upfront quote — direct from the courier. If your return is for any other reason, it’s free.

The B.Box Snackbox is a compact, reusable snack container designed to keep everyday snacks like nuts, fruit pieces and crackers organised and secure while you're out and about. With two sealed compartments and a flexi whole fruit holder, it's a practical lunch-bag, backpack or nappy-bag companion for crèche, school runs and family outings.

Made from BPA-free PP with a silicone seal, the Snackbox holds up to 350ml across its compartments and features an easy-open grip clip that lets little hands get to their snacks on their own. Its small footprint slips easily into a bag, and because the seals are removable, it comes apart for a proper clean. The whole box is dishwasher safe on the top rack, so keeping it hygienic doesn't add to the daily load.
