B.Box 1l Mini Lunchbox

The B.Box 1L Mini Lunchbox is a divided, bento-style lunchbox designed for smaller appetites, giving you a lighter option for packing whole-food lunches and snacks for crèche, playdates or family outings. It carries all the features of the original B.Box lunchbox in a more compact 1L size, with two sealed compartments and a stretchy holder for whole fruit, so you can send a varied lunch without everything mixing together.

With a slide-and-glide divider you can move to suit the day, it adapts from a bigger main and small side to more even portions as your child's tastes change. An easy-open grip clip and carry handle are designed to encourage independence, so an older toddler or child can manage the box themselves once they're ready.

Keeping wet foods contained

The two compartments are sealed and leakproof for wet foods such as yoghurt or dip — but not liquids, so it's best kept for foods rather than drinks. The removable silicone seal lifts out with a gentle pull on the tab, which makes it far easier to clean properly and to get the seal fully dry before you reassemble.

Materials and care

The Mini Lunchbox is made from PP with silicone seals and handle. It measures 210mm high x 170mm wide x 73mm deep, weighs 0.33kg and holds 1L in total. It's dishwasher safe on the top rack only (up to 60°C) — disassemble it first — and the base is microwave safe once the lid is removed. It's fridge safe but should not be placed in the freezer.

How to clean it

1. Remove the silicone seal by pulling gently on the tab.
2. Handwash with warm soapy water, cleaning every compartment, and allow to air dry completely before reassembling.
3. For a deeper clean it can go in the dishwasher on the top rack, though handwashing helps preserve the print on licensed designs.

To refit the seal, align it and push the stretch circle through to the front side so it sits flush with the lid, then press the seal edges down on the inside until they sit firmly in place.
