It has a ventilated foam core and a gentle, gradual slope, measuring 55 cm wide and 33 cm long, rising to 8 cm at its highest point. Slip covers are available separately, so the cover can be swapped out for washing.

The supplier markets this wedge as a sleep aid intended to relieve reflux, earache, indigestion and nasal congestion. Because these are health claims and no supporting evidence has been provided in the product record, we cannot repeat or endorse them here. Please read the section below before deciding whether this product suits your family.

Important safe-sleep note

Current infant safe-sleep guidance recommends placing baby on their back to sleep on a firm, flat, level surface, with the mattress covered only by a fitted sheet and nothing else added to the sleep space — including wedges, positioners, bumpers and pillows. Health authorities reviewed for this category do not support the use of inclined wedges or sleep positioners in an infant's sleep space.

If you're worried about reflux, colic, congestion or your baby's comfort while sleeping, the most helpful next step is a chat with your clinic sister, doctor or pharmacist, who can advise on what's right for your individual baby. Any use of this wedge should follow the manufacturer's instructions and appropriate professional guidance.

Care and materials

The cover is a soft cotton fabric over a ventilated foam core. Keeping a spare slip cover on hand makes it easier to launder and rotate covers as needed.

//cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0728/9559/4673/files/snuggletime-easy-breather-cot-lift-wedge-1.jpg?v=1784525560
